Md. Ajharul Islam, recently he has joined as a lecturer department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) at Ahsanullah Institute of Information and Communication Technology (AIICT).

He has completed his B.sc degree department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) at Institute of Science Trade & Technology (ISTT), Mirpur, Dhaka, with first class first position. During graduation he researched on (DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION OF GATELESS TOLL COLLECTION SYSTEM ON EXPRESSWAY OF BANGLADESH UTILIZING RFID TAG) which is based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification).
